The Eufy E340 Video Doorbell 2K with Chime is an eufy Security video doorbell kit designed to help you monitor your doorstep with clear, detailed viewing. The kit includes two cameras that work together for advanced viewing: a front-facing camera that focuses on people and a downward-facing camera that provides a view of the floor in front of your door. With 2K Full HD clarity, you can see more details of anyone who drops by and what’s happening at your entry. For nighttime monitoring, it features a dual-light system with an advanced light capturing and processing algorithm to help provide a clear nighttime viewing distance of up to 16 ft (5 m). This video doorbell is made for use where you want alerts you can hear, by pairing with compatible chime options. You can choose how to power the E340 video doorbell based on your installation needs. In battery mode, installation is designed to be easy, and the system supports quick-release battery swaps so you can reduce downtime due to charging. In wired mode, the doorbell is powered by the battery, which is topped up by a wired power source. Wired mode requires the battery to be installed and a power source connected with 8 to 24V and >10VA. For alerting, the doorbell can pair with a compatible chime to hear alerts throughout your home, including eufy HomeBase S280, eufy HomeBase S380, eufy Minibase Chime (T8023), Alexa devices, and Google Voice Assistant devices. It is not compatible with the original eufy Wi-Fi Chime (T8020) or eufy Chime (T8740/T8742), and it is compatible with HomeBase S380 with firmware version V3.3.2.6 and above.
